How to replace the outer CV Joint and seal of the axle shaft assembly on 2000 Chevrolet Corvette?

In order to replace the outer joint and the seal of the axle shaft assembly, take the drive shaft out of the car. With a side cutter, remove the seal that holds clamps, but does not remove the seal itself off of the joint. Wipe everything, place the new seal and make sure everything is rightly assembled and then reinstall the drive shaft.
