How to replace the Hood Cable for the Primary Latch Release on 2000 Chevrolet Prizm?

The replacement of the hood cable will require a person to raise the hood and support it, then remove the catches and undo the cable handle. Take out the wheelhouse panel liner, remove the cable and unclip the sensor wiring. Install the new cable wire with mechanic wire, reconnect parts and re-install the panel liner.
