How to replace the wiper motor on 2001 Buick Century?

In order to remove the rack and pinion, the wheels should be straight and the steering column should be locked. Turn off the restraint system, lift the vehicle and unscrew the skid plate (where fitted). Disconnect the tie rod ends, remove the rack and pinion and fitting the new one taking care to align well. Also, reconnect components and modify when needed.
