How to replace the door lock cylinder on 2001 Cadillac Eldorado?

In order to change the door lock cylinder, it is important to make sure that the window is up. Take away the trim panel and water deflector, the outside door handle. Take the nut holding the lock cylinder and pull it off. Install lock cylinder, assemble it, and replace the handle, water deflector and trim panel.
