How to replace the front brake pads on 2001 Chevrolet Lumina?

Remove some brake fluid from the master cylinder, raise and support the vehicle. Mark wheel-to-hub, remove wheel, secure rotor. Retract caliper piston with a C-clamp, swing caliper up, remove pads and retainers, inspect, clean, replace damaged parts. Install new retainers and pads, reassemble caliper, reinstall wheels, refill master cylinder, pump brake pedal, burnish pads and rotors.
