How to replace the throttle cable on 2002 Buick Park Avenue?

In order to change the throttle cable, de-attach the accelerator pedal lever of the throttle cable and remove the left close out panel. Insert the cable through the bulkhead, and then detach the cable to throttle body lever and bracket. Be sure that flexible components are fastened. Reconnect the cable and make sure that it functions freely and then reconnect the panel.
