How to service and repair the front coil springs and shock absorber on 2002 Chevrolet Malibu?

In order to service and repair the suspension strut, the strut assembly must be removed very carefully not to break the spring coating. Compress the coil spring using the Strut Spring Compressor and then remove the strut assembly and take off different parts. To install it, make sure that the parts are oriented correctly and compress the coil spring prior to assembly.
