It would need to take out the tire and wheel, then raise and support the vehicle and change the brake backing plate. Take away the rear brake drum, shoes, cylinder, and anchor pin. Unscrew the backing plate with bolts and washers then screw on the new plate. Install part, re-install part, and lower vehicle.
