Begin by removing the Fuel Pressure Regulator snap ring retainer and proceed to separate the regulator assembly where both o-rings become disposable. Place a drop of clean engine oil onto the o-rings before putting the filter together starting with back up o-ring followed by large o-ring and filter and ending with small o-ring. You should orient the vacuum tube downward while fitting the regulator inside the snap ring retainer. Complete the operation by installing the upper manifold assembly then restating the negative Battery Cable.
