How to replace the wiper motor on 2003 Cadillac Escalade?

In order to change the wiper motor, collect the proper equipment and take out the wiper arms and air inlet grille panel. Unscrew the electrical connector and unblind the bolts connecting the reinforcement panel. Disconnection of the drive link to the wiper motor crank arm- disconnect the motor. Install the motor and parts again making sure they work.
