How to replace the engine flywheel on 2003 GMC Savana 2500?

In order to change the engine flywheel, take off the automatic transmission and record the position of the flywheel. Removed flywheel bolts, polish the flywheel. In case of necessity, install bolts to lift off the spacer off crankshaft. Install the spacer and flywheel and fit threadlock to the bolts and tighten them up in that order. Lastly, install the transmission again.
