How to replace the rear disc brake backing plate on 2004 Buick Century?

In order to change rear disc brake backing plate, the vehicle should be raised and the rear wheels removed. Take off park brake tension, and depart with rear caliper bracket and rotor. Take off the rear hub with the backing plate and disconnect the park brake cable. Install the new parts and assemble all. Close the park brake and raise the vehicle.
