How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and valve stem oil seal on 2005 Chevrolet Uplander?

To remove the valve stem oil seal and the valve spring, top dead center of the piston must be made. Take out the spark plug, rocker arm and install a Spark Plug Port Adapter, which will contain the valves. Close the valve spring, extract the locks and fit the new seal and spring. Lastly, re-fit the rocker arm and spark plug.
