How to Replace the Front Blower Control Switches on 2006 Cadillac SRX?

To install the new Auxiliary Blower Motor Switch you should first disassemble the overhead console by pulling downward on its front edge to detach it from its fasteners. Easily access the blower motor switch first by unplugging its electrical connector and unscrewing its holding points. Free the blower motor switch from its position at the dome lamp housing. Insert the blower motor switch into the dome lamp housing and fasten it with screws by tightening them to 1 N.m (9 lb in). Fasten the blower motor switch power cables afterward and put back the overhead console.
