  A: First, inspect the brake fluid during the brake master cylinder reservoir to replace the front Brake Disc; if it is in the split way in between maximum-full and the minimum allowable levels then you remove some fluid to bring it to the split midway point. Lifts the vehicle and take off the tire and wheel assembly. Use a large c-clamp (J 42450-A) to compress the front Brake Caliper Piston on the front brake caliper while placing the c-clamp over the top of the brake caliper case into the back of the outboard Brake Pad and apply enough pressure to compress the piston back and slide the brake caliper over the disc until the brake caliper is fitted. Use the Wheel Hub cleaning kit (J 42450-A) to clean the Brake Disc contact area of the front hub. When installing the new Brake Disc, make sure the relationship marks on the disc and wheel stud align. Mount the Brake Disc onto the Wheel Hub, then bracket the brake caliper assembly onto the Steering Knuckle, followed by the brake caliper mounting bolt, which should be tightened 150 nm (110 ft. Lbs.). Replace the tire and wheel assembly and lower the vehicle and fill the brake master cylinder to normal level. Finally apply the brake pedal gently and firmly several times until the brake may be heard clicking into place and the rubbing of the brakes on the discs is perceivable.
