How to remove and replace the Air Bag Clockspring Assembly / Spiral Cable on 2008 Chevrolet HHR?

To change the Air Bag Clock Spring Assembly make the front wheels straight, and turn off the SIR system. Lift the steering wheel column, steering wheel and column covers. Unplug the different harness connectors, pry the SIR coil assembly free and take off the switches. Installation reverse sequentially and switch on the SIR system.
