The Radiator (LE5) replacement for 2.4l non hybrid vehicles begins with cooling fan and shroud removal. First remove the condenser mounting bolts while discarding them before pressing upward on the condenser to detach the mounting tabs from the Radiator clips. The Radiator extraction process starts with discarding condenser mounting nuts from the Radiator before you take out the Radiator from the vehicle. Toward installation mount the Radiator inside the vehicle by pushing the condenser down while lifting the Radiator upward until the condenser tabs lock with the Radiator clips. The installation of new condenser mounting nuts to the Radiator requires tightening to 6 nm (53 lb in) torque while new condenser mounting bolts should be torqued to 6 nm (53 lb in). The completion of this task includes returning the cooling fan and shroud assembly back to the vehicle.
