To change the intake camshaft position sensor take off the intake manifold cover and fuel pump cover. Detach the electrical connector of the CMP sensor, then take off the sensor and examine it whether it is damaged or not. Apply lubricant to the O-ring seal, place the sensor, and reconnect the electrical connector and replace the covers.
