To change the fuel tank unit, scrub up the connections and the surrounding area. Take out the fuel tank, and disconnect the EVAP line and fuel feed line. Take the fuel pump module out by using the correct tool to unlock it. Wipe the sealing area, check the lock ring and change the gasket. Install the module and the fuel tank once more.
