How to replace the Headlight Switch on 2010 GMC Canyon?

The replacement of headlamp switches begins with extracting the knee bolster trim panel. Initially remove the i/p-sustaining screw for the switch then carefully extract part of the switch from the i/p before disconnecting its electrical connector to remove the switch from the vehicle. During installation you should position the switch in front of the instrument panel then connect its electrical connector. Follow the fastener caution guidelines to install the switch on the instrument panel (I/P) before securing it with the screw at 2.5 nm (22 lb in). Reinstall the knee bolster trim panel as the last installation step.
