  Start repairs and services on the valve spring plus Valve Stem Oil Seal by taking out both Rocker Arm assemblies and Spark Plugs. Shift the engine position to put the Piston at top dead center before servicing the cylinder to keep the valve from sinking into the space. Set the Spark Plug port adapter j 22794 into the cylinder head and use compressed air through it to block the valves. The valve spring compressor j 38606 lets you compress valve springs before taking off valve keys, cap, and spring. Push the bottom part of the oil seal up to take the valve stem seal out. Install the Valve Stem Oil Seal after manually placing it against the valve guide with light pressure through the valve stem seal installer (J 42863) tool. Trace the valve stem seal into position with the valve stem seal installer (J 42863) then put in the valve spring through the valve spring compressor (J 38606) while placing on the valve cap. Rephrase this process for each valve by inserting its keys. After releasing pressure from the cylinder install the Spark Plug through j 22794 then put back the valve rocker arms.
