How to replace the rear Trunk Lock Cylinder on Chevrolet Astro?

You need to take off the liftgate garnish molding before working on the replacement. After unplugging the electrical connector you must take out the whole rear Wiper Motor from the liftgate. Move the lock cylinder retainer to access the cylinder before taking it out of the liftgate. Start the installation by inserting the lock cylinder into the liftgate then adding the lock cylinder retainer. After setting the rear Wiper Motor you can place its electrical connector back in place followed by installing the liftgate garnish molding.
