To replace the horn, the first step is to remove the right front wheelhouse extension panel. Disconnect horn assembly electrical connector and take off horn assembly bolt and remove horn assembly from the skid bar. To install, put the horn assembly on the skid bar so that the aligning tab on the horn assembly is in the hole on the skid bar. Fit the horn assembly bolt and tighten it to 25 N.m (18 lb ft). Then, connect the horn assembly electrical connector and reinstall the right front wheelhouse extension panel.
