The first thing to do when replacing the mass airflow sensor with Intake Manifold Temperature Sensor is to disconnect its electrical connector. You should then take out the 2 screws and remove the maf/imt sensor from the housing unit for the air cleaner. Ease the maf/imt sensor into the air cleaner housing, holding it with the 2 screws and then reattach the sensor's electrical connector.
