To replace the Oil Pump, you should remove the case side cover first. Subsequently, use a flat-bladed tool to break the electrical connections with solenoid valves (315A/315B/322/334/440), the tfp manual valve position switch (395), and the temperature sensor (391) but not to remove the bolt (205) soldered to the Oil Pump. Then, unscrew Oil Pump bolts (206, 207) and unplug the Oil Pump (200) from the Valve Body (300). In the area of installation plant transfer pump (200), put it back against the Valve Body (300) under the fastener notice in the service precautions. Install bolts of Oil Pump bolts (206, 207) with tightening m6 x 1.0 x 85 bolts (207) to 12 nm (106 inch lbs.) and m6 x 1.0 x 95 bolts (206) to 16 nm (12 ft. Lbs.). Reconnect the electrical connectors of the solenoid valves (315A, 315B, 322, 334 and 440), the tfp manual valve position switch (395) and the temperature sensor (391) and then install the case side cover.
