Start by disconnecting the ground cable from the battery and removing the throttle body air inlet duct as the first steps to replace the Engine Mount. Start by removing the Engine Mount struts and then use the correct equipment to raise the vehicle. First detach the right rear
Exhaust Manifold three-way catalytic converter pipe followed by removing the right front wheel then tire before taking out the right engine splash shield. Proceed by taking out the Engine Mount lower nuts then use the universal engine support fixture to lift the engine. Begin by unfastening the
Oil Pan bolts which anchor the Engine Mount bracket after which detach the Engine Mount and the Engine Mount bracket. The procedure starts by taking off the Engine Mount from the Engine Mount bracket after loosening the upper mount nuts. When assembling the Engine Mount to the Engine Mount bracket users should tighten both upper nuts to 43 nm (32 ft. Lbs.). Attach the Engine Mount bracket to the Oil Pan together with the Engine Mount while securing the bolts at 58 nm (43 ft. Lbs.). Lift the vehicle and engine after placement of the Engine Mount lower nuts which should be tightened at a torque setting of 43 nm (32 ft. Lbs.). Put back the right engine splash shield and install the right front wheel and tire before connecting the three-way catalytic converter pipe to the right rear Exhaust Manifold. You should finish this procedure by lowering your vehicle then removing the engine support fixture followed by Engine Mount strut reinstallation of throttle body air inlet duct before reconnecting the battery ground cable.
