Pull the shaft flange back to put the lock in place within the Differential gear. Applying loctite 242 to the threads of pinion shaft locking screws before you install them stops them from becoming loose. Bring the pinion shaft hole and the screw hole on the Differential case together in the correct position and insert the pinion flange locking screw. Tighten it to 34 nm (25 ft. Lbs.). Place and attach the rear cover, gasket, brake caliper and a wheel with the tire onto the vehicle. After that, pour the rear axle with fluid: for 8.6" ring gear axles, leave 15-40mm (0.6 - 1.6inch) open to the plug and for 9.5" ring gear axles, leave 15-40mm (0.4 inch) open to the plug, then get rid of the supports and park the vehicle.
