How to Replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 2 on GMC Sonoma?

To replace the Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Bank 1 Sensor 2, first, lift the vehicle. Remove the connector of the HO2S and take off the HO2S with the use of Oxygen Sensor Wrench (J 39194-B). Before installing the new or service replacement sensor, make sure that the threads of the latter are covered with the anti-seize compound GM P/N 5613695 if deemed necessary since this compound is composed of liquid graphite and glass beads, making it easier to remove in the future. Fit the HO2S using the Oxygen Sensor Wrench (J 39194-B) and tighten it to 42 N.m (31 lb ft). Lastly join the HO2S harness connector and drop the vehicle.
